Silent Auction ~ Donation Letter

Please download the Donation Letter below and complete the open areas for each business you plan to visit.
Dress in your ABUs or blues, visit the business(es), and politely ask to speak to the manager/lead on duty.
Introduce yourself including name, Campo Verde High School, and AFJROTC.
Explain that you are seeking donations for our silent auction.
Ask if they can donate a gift card or other item from their store.
Give the manager a copy of our donation letter with our tax ID number.
Say thank you and bring the donated item(s) to the JROTC portables by Thursday April 14, 2022!
